"Buyer Beware"
These pants are nice however for the money and needing alterations and dry cleaning the end result is the shrink. They shrink so much they are unwearable. I dry clean all my valued pieces for this fear of shrinking. Even as suggested to dry clean or hand wash I chose to dry clean and now in the donation bin.

"Shipping was slower than it should’ve been"
The item did show up eventually, and it was packed fine, but the shipping took longer than I was expecting. It kind of felt like the order wasn’t sent out as quickly as it could’ve been.

"Just didnt feel right on me"
The fit felt kind of stiff and awkward. I couldnt wear it for very long because it kept rubbing in weird spots and just wasnt comfortable

"Save your time and skip this one"
At first, it looked decent when I took it out of the box, but after using it a few times, it started to feel really cheap. Some of the pieces weren’t finished well, i don’t see them holding up for long. It’s not completely useless, but for the price, the quality just isn’t there. Save your time and look for something better.

"Support was okay, just really slow"
Support did help me in the end, but the replies was taking way too long. I wasn’t super upset, just kind of frustrated waiting around for answers.

"Return process was more hassle than it should’ve been"
The shoes themselves were fine, but trying to exchange them for a different size was a headache. You’d think the return instructions would be straightforward, but they were a bit unclear, and I ended up having to email twice just to get things moving. It did get sorted in the end, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest process

"Clean and super easy to use"
The site has a really clean look, and the colors are nice too. I was clicking around and the pages were easy to read, which I appreciated. Nothing felt cluttered or messy, and I like when a site just feels simple without making me think too much. Also, it was easy to browse, so that definitely stood out.

"Size was just right for me"
I ordered from ripleyrader.com and was a little unsure about what size to get, but it fit really nicely when it arrived. The size guide were accurate, which helped a lot. It wasn’t too tight or too loose, just felt true to size for me. Always a relief when ordering clothes online.
